One of the most popular brokerage web-sites Forex distributing malicious software.
The company Websense reported a malicious Java-applet pages tradingforex.com – one of the most popular brokerage web-sites Forex. At the moment, the malicious code is on the site and continues to infect visitors.
The malicious code embedded on the front page. It tries to load Java applet, which downloads and installs a Trojan application. If the user agrees to run an applet, 123.exe file is downloaded to the user’s system and runs.
According to Kaspersky Lab classification, downloadable file belongs to the family Trojan-Ransom.Win32.Blocker.koq.
Although, according to the analysis Websense ThreatScop, Trojan application, after run on the user’s system, refers to the command center at hxxp /_firestormm6t.no-ip.info (46.166.129.110).
