Adobe and Microsoft on Tuesday released monthly updates for its software, eliminating  a number of critical vulnerabilities and bugs in the code for the their popular products.

Adobe Systems eliminated vulnerabilities in their three popular sets – Coldfusion, Flash and Shockwave. For Flash update is available for operating systems Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, mobile version of the updated player was also released for the operating system Android. According to the developers of Adobe, January 8, 2013 was released a security update for the company’s products such as Flash, Reader and Acrobat. Specialists note that the removal of a critical vulnerability could cause the recent failures of computers.

“This update fixes vulnerabilities that could lead to a crash of the application, and allow an attacker to potentially gain administrative access to the target system,” – says the expert.

Windows 80-Day vulnerability in Flash Player will not be fixed in Windows 8 to 26 October this year.
